    MBS works as a fairly accurate satire of the wellness industry as well as a decent addition to the screenlife subgenre (although it does play somewhat fast and loose with that approach). Sarah J Bartholomew is highly sympathetic as Anya even as we witness her making ultimately ruinous decisions. A few visual cliches here and there prevent the film from being fully satisfying but for the most part it’s an enjoyable watch.
