Certainly had potential for something good here, but a mixture of terrible pacing and tepid kills make this an overall snoozefest.
You can probably stretch to some faint comparisons to Nightmare on Elm Street, but it lacks any of the grizzly goodness our razor-fingered fiend conjures up.
Got my wife onboard to watch this by telling her it was a sequel to The Grinch. Horrific in all the best ways.

God I love this film. Like genuinely love this film.
