Mickey 17 2025
Bong Joon Ho follows up his masterpiece Parasite with this quirky, funny sci fi satire that doesnt pack as much of a punch as its premise. Robert Pattinson is great in it, along with Toni Collete and Mark Ruffalo who play political doofus’ who are quite on the nose for our times. Recommended if you enjoy high concept sci fi.

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
One of the more cohesive entries to the MCU we’ve got in a while. Great set pieces. Mackie and Ford don’t pull their punches. It’s not going to top anyone’s MCU list but it’s a solid, mid level, grounded actioner that felt like it started to gain some much needed momentum towards an Avengers payoff that’s coming very soon.
