LOL I love how they tell us what year it is based on music, fashion, and the ICONIC "Telephone" music video!!

I really related to Olivia when she begged Mason to wash his own damn dish. Yes! Don't leave that for someone else to clean!

Yikes! Some of the negative reviews on here complain about things that didn't even happen in this movie. Or they complain "why didn't Mason ever have a conversation with his mom," but he did? Many times?

    The Death of Stalin

The movie is grim and funny but mostly grim. "Bumbling" is the best word to describe this ensemble cast, and they're scheming and bumbling against a backdrop of violence. At one point, someone is tossed down the stairs while they argue about who cares what, and that's the most tame backdrop in the movie! Steve Buscemi and Jeffrey Tambor are some of the best bumbling actors these days, and they nail the dry sardonic humor here. But Rupert Friend gives the film moments of levity I really, really needed. 😅

Surprise, this movie almost all about Matt. I ached watching Matt go through garden parties, law firm business, and even a strip club while pining for Max. Sure, he acts like a dumbass, but he’s scared.
