  theyre on here talkin bout "its just netflix interstellar" bro just watch the movie!!!! idek where they got that idea from, a movie cant be in space without being a "ripoff" of something? it was a book first anyway! idc what anyone else is talkin about this shit was cool and made me feel something.

  Film was very respectful to Brian’s work as a sculptor and painter. Haven’t read this particular book yet but I’ll be reading it now. There’s a lot of metaphor here that like, while I don’t “get it” I feel it’s weight.

  It feels like there was almost a 4/5 movie here and something tragic happened in the edit, but maybe that’s just me being optimistic. The last few minutes of the movie had some cuts that made it seem like some side plots were removed, and the thing only being 70 minutes lends to that idea.

  was "fun to watch" but dont watch it alone, also probably don't watch it sober.
  almost everything in this movie felt like it could have been cut to either save time or make room for something else equally as mundane or cliche. im trying to figure out which part of this script sold the studio on greenlighting it. this is low tier even for modern, star driven horror.
