Spring Breakers 2012
I watched it with the commentary by Harmony Korine this time. I also noticed the Terrence Malick influence a lot more this viewing in the editing and way the camera moves.

“Seems like a dream…seems like a dream…seems like a dream…”
The first time I get to see my favorite(?) movie in a theater and its IMAX no less! The most spiritual place I’ve ever been…the idea of unknowing people in 2013 going to see this thinking it’d be the next summer comedy makes me very happy.
I could write a million words about this movie and it still wouldn’t get close to explaining what watching it is like. Shoutout to the guy in my theater who yelled “That’s it?!” When the movie ended, I hope you get it someday.
