  needed to churn my little stupid brain for a weekend to think about this movie. the world building is fantastic, so are the visuals, the black and white sequence was awesome. Paul rising to become a messiah and hero has ominous undertones and i think that might be one of my favorite parts.

  i do think if you prefer character driven narratives you might struggle, i don’t buy paul and chani as much as everyone else does which sucks because…

  VERY GOOD!! another banger!! a good horror movie leaves you with questions in an intentional way, this movie felt very intentional and deliberate about all of its choices, excited to watch again and or watch youtube breakdowns lol, seems like the demon had a thing for the “innocent” ones, such as the younger brother, and also daniel. they make it a point to establish both daniel’s innocence as well as how he had one of the worst experiences with the hand. i wonder about it’s motivations to seemingly pervert the innocent ones…
