Jeanne Dielman, 23, quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles 1975
Truly a revolutionary film for it's time. Crazy to see the subtlety in the performance and see the gears turning of an individual. The only time a film has bored the ever loving shit out of me intentionally to deliver such a powerful message about a woman's struggle and frustrstion as a homemaker. Only criticism I would give is the framing of certain shots taking me out of the film. Absolutely watch this is you are still social distancing as it will mimic what is going on in the world perfectly.

Under the Silver Lake 2018
This was fucking awesome. Seriously would recommend to anyone who enjoys thinking about subtext and symbolism. Such a cool idea thats executed in a way that forces interpretation. Andrew Garfield gives an amazing performance at playing an absolute piece of shit. I've watched this film multiple times and have concluded a different theory every viewing. Seriously give this fucking film a chance and don't write it off after your first viewing.

Goddamn this was bad. So many poor editing and sound design choices. I wish I could like this film because there is so much about it that shows potential. Unfortunately it just doesn't come together to tell an intriguing story. I'm just glad it was short.

Don't Breathe 2016
Man what a fun ride! I went in thinking this was going to be a piece of shit, but it turned out to be one of the better horror films of the last few years. There was some poor performance moments, but looking at the overall film, the small nit picky moments are easy to overlook. Highly recommend to people who want to check out something scary and unique!
