This is a proto Tetsuo with some amazing effects and acting, but the version I have seen is so bad I can't give this a higher score XD I could not understand anything on the screen sometimes, because it was only blurred pieces in the dark. Plus I don’t know japanese and the cc was horrendous. Will rewatch in better quality when I have the chance.
