  What could've been a suspensful and creeping mindfrick was ruined by the lack of an audience character. I found the first half exciting in how uncomfortable it was; the movie constantly gaslighted me, so much so that I was anxious for what each new frame would bring. But my anticipation gradually lessened as I realized the protaganist wasn't going to acknowledge how weird everything actually was.   Movie looks amazing, acting is pretty good too. Charactees could've used a bit more work though. A lot of them were annoying and made some straight up dumb decisions. Otherwise, pretty great film.
