  Good music, great performance by Sadie Sink.
  Doesn’t really work as a whole for me. The first 15 minutes and the last 15 minutes hit, there’s a whole movie in the middle that drags it down. Kevin Harrison Jr was great and I enjoyed the love story mostly. It just kind of felt like a slog.

  While Traffik is a very important story to tell as far as the sex trafficking that's coming to light in recent news and also an allegory for racism and sexism in America, it's not a very well constructed film. There's a God 15 to 20 minutes that could have been trimmed and we'd have a solid thriller. Another issue I had was the tonal inconsistencies.
