Stephen Graham stars in and co-writes Netflix’s latest series with Jack Thorne (His Dark Materials), directed by Philip Barantini (Boiling Point), who brings his acclaimed style by filming each episode in a single continuous shot. At the heart of this raw, emotional drama is a powerful exploration of incel culture and the disturbing realities children face online today. The series tackles uncomfortable topics with bold writing, and the actors deliver intense, compelling performances.

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

I first saw Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again when it was released in cinemas, and according to Letterboxd, I’ve watched it four times since. Ol Parker revives the franchise, bringing back the cast from the first film and sprinkling in iconic ABBA hits throughout the prequel and sequel storyline.

As someone who immensely enjoyed Gerwig’s debut film, I was genuinely looking forward to her interpretation of Little Women - especially with such an impressive casting attached.

    Sweet Home Carolina

Another propaganda film for women giving up their hopes, dreams and goals for a small town guy.
This film actually started off decently, but when said conflict between career and romance arises - the love interest shows a very cruel and mean side that his male ego has been damaged, instead of working together he dumps her. This is resolved two scenes later with a marriage proposal and ultimately leads to her quitting a stable career.
Terrible film and an even worse message.
