  Nobody cares but I have a lot of thoughts, and I have to get them out. Also spoilers, but watch it pretty please if you haven’t.

  Initial reaction: Wow. I have infinity thoughts. This movie was orgasmic. From the aesthetics and cinematography to the script and storyline. Absolutely scrumptious. 

  I’m always hesitant when a film has been so hyped in the film community because often I end up with inflated expectations, but this was not the case for parasite.

  Nepo baby much 😕

  For a director who built his career on building tension, foreshadowing and plot twists, this movie fell short.

  Josh Hartnett’s performance was the only redeeming quality with the juxtaposition of wholesome dad, panicked criminal, and finally descent into madness. Also the close-ups of his face were good.

  I also liked the building and releasing of tension with the teapot and overall that final sequence between him and his wife.

  The ending was so cringe I died.
