The Brutalist 2024
I really loved this movie! Adrien Brody and Guy Pearce deliver such impactful performances that highlight the struggles of life post-war for immigrants. I definitely felt the 3.5 hour run time (hence the -0.5 star), but I can’t think of a single scene I would cut out to shorten the run time. Every scene contributed to the story beautifully. I’m also so shocked that this movie was produced in just 31 days and stayed under $10m??
