  A great film about life, depicting - among other things, of course - the everyday life of Mongolian shepherds, which gives the film a sense of "documentary" essense for the audience outside Mongolia or Asia, especially to an audience of urban background.

  A typical festival-film with great cinematography and direction. Excellent acting, creative ways of capitalizing on the vast steppes of rural Mongolia. An Angelopoulos-que experience for sure. Captivating imagery and landscapes, awe-inspiring plans.

  This is a disturbing film. Excellent acting, amplified by the beautiful direction of Shaka King.
