  From today's perspective, the first two seasons struggle somewhat with the fact that they were produced for television. But the third season is a gift to every Lynch fan and is second to none. Unforgettable! It says it all that the CGI doesn't bother me in the slightest. Quite the opposite! The sound design is also second to none, as is the humor.   Not only an extreme experience in terms of shocking scenes, but also a coming of age story in brutally inhuman times. And I don't find the movie all that surrealistic.

  Even in the benevolent reviews of this film, I often read that the acting is criticized. I see it completely differently. Seth is present in every scene of the film and we perceive everything from his point of view. That is why all the traits of adults appear exaggerated - and those of his friends do not. In my opinion the film is only very consistent.
