Was so moved by the immigrant stories in this and the amazing mothers all the way through. Even though I know it’s a broken system and all. Will be rooting for those players forever tbh. Very well done!

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
I really like liking things, so it makes me sad when I don’t like something. I didn’t hate the movie by any means, just was very meh most of the time. Really do like 2 leads and their chemistry, and ofc Harrison “that’s what the money is for” Ford. Did enjoy the crowd going “ooh” when the reveal about the new element came up, and shout out to the couple next to me who went “oh no he didn’t”, when Harrison Ford told Sam he’s not Steve Rogers.
I just wish they would make mediocre to good MCU movies again!!

Past, I see imaginary friends. Took my mom and aunts to a fun little family movie and it might be the reclining chairs and poutine talking, or introducing my aunts to the cool soda machines but we had a low key fun time. Nothing that will make me come back to this movie but I also would not like to stop believing.
