Andrew Davis’s The Fugitive is one of my all time favorite movies, and for good reason. It is tense, taut, and expert as a thriller that becomes something more than that: an allegory about an innocent man on the run and the world that is ready to convict and crush him.

I enjoyed this much more than I think most people will. I have a soft spot for Universal Monsters and I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen from the last modern update. (The Invisible Man) and from what I’ve heard about the ones coming soon. (The Mummy)
