i think this movie was pretty incredible, to empathize with a parent seems impossible without actually being one but this really made me feel, i think olivia colman is just phenomenally captivating, dakota johnson has this charismatic allure to her that is just as intriguing, i think this humanizes being a parent, and adequately portrays how tip toeing your own morals can be justified, and how it can't.
This movie moved me and although it leaves me wanting more, and confused me, i think that is its purpose, and it's not necessarily a bad thing
