Stories goes weirder as Jesse Plemons hair gets shorter. Some interesting thematics of dedicating your whole life to under someone else's power even in the face of violent outcome. Still bit shallow and doesn't bring Greek weird wave naturally in the American soil. Musically I still prefer Killing of the Sacred Deer.

Not as good as a dream I had as a child. The future storyline is perfect for Gilliam sensibilities but there is too much narrative emptiness and over explaining to be had. Still the film the time travel film that predicted Sixth sense and give us crazy Brad Pitt is beyond the average.

    "I'm not the Messiah!

I say you are, Lord, and I should know, I've followed a few!

    Hail, Messiah!

I'm not the Messiah! Will you please listen?! I'm not the Messiah, do you understand?! Honestly!

Only the true Messiah denies his divinity!

What?! Well, what sort of chance does that give me?! All right, I am the Messiah!

He is! He is the Messiah!

    Now, f*** off!

How shall we f*** off, oh Lord?

Oh, just go away! Leave me alone!

Another Scorsese epic this time in western environment which he has admired a long time. Big and sprawling and human story of Osage oppression flies like in owl`s wings. Even still there is no enough time dive deeper in the facts behind this murderous true story. Also focusing on Ernest instead of Mollie doesn`t make justice. Still Scorsese film feels deeply moving and respectful in telling the story of Osage culture and their suffering in the hands of white men.
