  I think what made this film as good as it is, is the production and the cinematography. This film looks stunning and the set design is phenomenal. The choice to shoot on VistaVision film is awesome and it makes me really happy to see newer films being shot on film which seems to be a growing trend. Over all the story is decent but nothing special and im not terribly fond of the ending. Adrian Brody was good but i think his proformance is very hyped up and I kind of felt underwhelmed by it.

  This is THE BEST musician biopic to have ever been released. Timothee Chalamet was the perfect choice to play Dylan. He sounded like him. Had his mannerism and above all looked exactly like him. The cinematography and use of colour where excellent. This film has set the bar for what a musician biopic should be. Especially in a world that is so oversaturated by biopics. This film felt like a true artistic telling of the story of the greatest song writer of all time.
