Jojo Rabbit 2019
Taika Waititi strikes again in what will inevitably be seen as one of the shining jewels of his career. His first film post-Ragnarok is a smaller affair than his big adventure with Thor, and I think your view on the smaller scale will make or break your view of the movie. Came into this film expecting a lovely little thriller and came out of it having watched Adam Sandler fight the Weeknd, abuse auctioneers, have a philosophical debate with basketball hero Kevin Garnett and ultimately get shot in the head. 5/5, would watch again.
