  Honestly fell very flat for me. I was entertained while watching, but was always waiting for the twist, for more. I feel like there are more movies that did this same concept better. There was so much that could’ve been expanded on more, especially the religion shit that was never really explained. Ayos performance carried, but I could watch her in ANYTHING and enjoy it.   Everyone’s performances were amazing, and I loved the dynamic between the characters. Parts of the film felt a bit too "male-gazey" for me, especially the first hour. The ending was so uncomfortable but insanely impactful, PEOPLE NEED TO STOP ROMANTICIZING IT THO!!!! Overall enjoyed the movie.
