NOTHING could have prepared me for this. it’s brilliant, and incredibly disgusting
I don’t think I’ve audibly reacted to a movie so much and so often… seriously THE most disturbing visuals I’ve ever seen, but they worked so fucking well for me. and it kept getting even more revolting!!! all the while satirizing the horrors of womanhood in a storyline I just have to applaud
artistically, too, this film is a masterpiece

not related to my review but the brute violence in this movie solidifies my SHOCK at the Roman Empire period like wdym we’re having people kill each other and step in the ring w monkeys for money & entertainment….. the sports industry is so interesting
