It Seems like it’s trying to portray something profound but kinda fail’s, possibly due to the shallowness of the main character?…I’m not really sure. But the actors are great, and you can tell they did their best with what they were given. It’s fs a good movie to watch if you’re bored and just want to watch something.

The Shawshank Redemption 1994
Pretty much the perfect movie, there are so many turns that you won’t exactly expect, and most of them are very sad; but there is also a great mix a friendship, and…hope. The ending is great, and the whole story really sheds light on the corruption faced by prisoners, and how even though they are in there for a reason they are still capable of change and they need to be given the real chance to take advantage of that before they’ve spent 50 years behind bars for something they did at 23 and prison is pretty much all they know.
