I am SO JEALOUS of the JOB and the APARTMENT and the ROMANCE and the BOSS and the OFFICE and LITERALLY THE WHOLE LIFE THAT TOM HANKS HAS BY THE END OF THE MOVIE. That being said, his life being amazing makes it all the more significant when he gives it up. Also, I forgot Jon Lovitz was in this movie.

The New Mutants 2020
This movie has the worst jump-scares I’ve ever seen, cheesy dialogue, unbearable CGI, foreshadowing that leads to nothing, and a pointless framing device… but I still honestly enjoyed it. The characters start out most terrible and unlikeable, but by the end of the movie you actually do grow to care about them (but part of it is also the fact that they just spontaneously start to be written differently). I would genuinely recommend watching this movie if you are interested in comic-book adaptations, regardless of it’s significant faults.
