I got to see Sting as part of AMC's Scream Unseen event, and even though I was excited to see an unreleased horror movie, I was bored throughout the entirety of Sting. It takes too long to set up the actual horror elements of the film, and the actual horror elements, namely the goofy looking large spider, just don't hit. The camera holds too long on the spider and so whatever suspension of disbelief you had towards a story about a pet spider that eats people is gone. The scenes with Bonnie the Chihuahua were enjoyable though.
