My Neighbor Totoro 1988
Can Totoro be my neighbor pleeease.
Honestly, this is such a beautiful film. It’s the animation, the story, the characters, everything. I think what’s most beautiful is that it’s really just life seen through the eyes of these two young girls. There’s no villain, it’s just life. We see their curiosity, their imagination, and their reaction to the cards they’re dealt. A definite tearjerker, but smiles more than anything else.
