Not the universal stakes. Not the stacked cast of A-Listers. Not the endless payoffs to throwaway lines from 10 years ago.
We’re sorely missing character driven storytelling in the past six years of the MCU since Endgame. Movies that are more concerned with plot (although that hasn’t been moved forward either) than who our new characters are.
