I saw Borat in preview back in 2006, and at the time the entire theater was rolling in laughter. With posterity in mind, this may very well be the funniest movie I’ve ever seen. This film could never come out in theaters today. A shame, considering the deeper message behind this movie — the behind-closed-doors ugliness in our own society. Making such a thing funny is mastercraft.
