As someone who didn’t know much about the band beyond a couple of their songs, I found this documentary enjoyable. The stories and visuals were  engaging. However, I wish they had discussed more about how the band changed the genre and influenced the music scene during their rise. Overall, I appreciated the documentary, and I plan to do more research myself.

SO high sci-fi, and I'm here for it. This movie is one of my all time favorites. Full volume annoying the hell out of my neighbors. Amazing soundtrack. He really thought he was a real boy..Someone please nerd out to this with me.

I watched it again for the A24 anniversary in IMAX, and I was just as appalled as I was the first time. It's a phenomenal movie, both in terms of storytelling and cinematography. I felt like I was in Florida. The characters convey so much without using many words. You can feel the love of the characters and the director's passion for the culture while exploring themes that are extremely challenging. What a masterpiece.
