  Don’t know how I feel about this movie. 
  On the one hand has lots of beautiful moments with some amazing cinematography to accompany it. The simplicity was really refreshing. For me personally it was just great to see a lot of the things I used to do in Japan and a lot of the routines you saw. I miss japan😓

  However I found the movie kept opening up plot lines only to not capitalise on them or reference them again…

  Amazing scary movie. But as a movie it felt unfinished. There w as a lot more they could’ve explored. 
  The cinematography was one of the best things of the movie. Just the way they focused on different  aspects to emphasise the locking of doors it was really well done. The often changing from dark to light. and scary to comforting.
  The sound design however reigns supreme. Created the perfect atmosphere and it was terrifying.
