Set almost entirely in Charlies house, this movie is full of great acting, a somber realistic story, but feeling rather unrealistic in the writing department. Most prominently, is how Ellie uses facebook to bully others, while she is a high school student in the modern age makes it seem unrealistic. It also seems like you want to feel bad for Ellie, and that she has this whole redemption arch, but she didn't grow at all as a person, she just realized that her dad wanted to be in her life still and did care about her. Has that classic A24 feel. 80%
