The whole cast absolutely delivers, making performances their own while still paying homage to the OG movie and the Broadway show. Loved all the little Easter eggs throughout

Jaquel Spivey, whom I had the IMMENSE pleasure of seeing in Strange Loop on Broadway, is underutilized but gets a truly chortle-inducing spotlight moment at the talent show that is worth the price of admission in and of itself.
