It wasn’t really much of a zombie movie but a domestic horror set in a zombie apocalypse. It’s a nice commentary on the usual Filipino dynamic, where it shines a light on childhood trauma caused by unjust parenting that’s prevalent in most households.
Although pacing could use a lot of work or could’ve used the runtime much better to deliver a much cathartic ending, like somewhat redeem some characters.
Great acting from Sid Lucero, you can clearly see how his character snaps. Highly recommend to watch this movie in 1.5x speed cause it sure is draggy.
