  crazy to learn about the process of filming Borat, spent 1 hour researching everything he did during this film - its so fascinating and amusing to read about. 
  ex: note self - remember he almost got arrested 92 times!

  used to be my favourite comedy, I watched it again for the 33rd time. Not as funny anymore but i can play block-blast or rider simultaneously cause I know it by heart + it’s a comfort

  Overall a perfect movie. Visually stunning with outstanding audio/music. The story is emotive and well paced out/ structured. BUT I didn’t give it 5 stars as I don’t love romance movies + personally I disliked the famous scene at the Griffith where they fly into space, I thought it was excessive and gimmicky rather than ethereal. Although it does fit the peculiar style of the movie, I don’t find it as impressively shot and it feels lazy - resulting in a cliche scene.

  one of the coolest movies i’ve seen in a while.  Love to see Indian culture (both good and bad) represented in such a beautiful and thrilling movie.  I personally found the beginning to be a bit slower paced.

  PS: looking back on it, it was just a bit long and I wish the main character spoke just a bit more (John Wick vibes)
