Goodrich 2024
This arc of this film’s main character (Goodrich as played brilliantly by Michael Keaton) rings incredibly true. He’s a loving but conflicted man so driven by his love of art and his LA art galley that he is left with little time for the wives and the people (his children) he loves but to whom he can’t devote enough time.

Writers, Producers, Actors, Director, Sound Engineers etc nailed it.
It’s a pitch perfect - no pun intended - portrayal of the man, his artistry/music and his influence on popular music and culture in the early 60’s. This complete unknown’s intense focus and brilliance was from the beginning at odds with his desire not to be labeled or to get trapped in the music-making machine. It’s a great story with incredible live - no overdubs or lip synching - musical and singing performances.
