Best spiderman movie ever. The assembly of 3 different spideys doesn’t feel forced. All three spidey has their own spotlight without stealing each other’s and still clarify to the audience that its Tom’s movie. They showcase Andrew’s spidey nicely without unnecessary scense to re-shape his old movies. Smartly mentioned references from Tobey’s and Andrew’s movies such as Andrew catching MJ and Tobey’s webbing system shortage because of his depression. A complex, beautiful, yet gloomy, well-written story. It shows how age disparities differentiate how one’s views life. Seamlessly showing how a 30 y/o man who has been through lots of things, deals with his life, while capturing how an 11 y/o girl grows, absorbing what she sees and asking questions with genuine curiosity.
Lots of interesting choices of still shots that are held for quite some time which I personally love. Color tones are amazing, with a very saturated teal, giving it a warmer feel to the movie despite the colder story it portrays. Amazing movie overall 👍.
