  while I do adore this still upon rewatch, my body dysmorphia was at an all time high during this and it just destroyed me for a long time that im even scared to publish this. i feel like this film portrays appearance well enough but as i struggle with my own appearance, it just feels wrong praising that. there’s parts of me that just feel too womanly when i am trying to be a man and it can hurt me…
