languid and paced in a particularly thoughtful manner, this film is as gorgeous as it is purposefully misleading. 3 parts love letter to the awfulness of Hollywood and 1 part horror trope, The Neon Demon lends much to the "style over substance" films like Susperia. Well worth viewing.
