  I was struggling to get through it to be honest, but at the same time there was a lot to appreciate and enjoy in the style, the color, the use of sound, Anna Karina’s performance, the cycling.

  I walked out of this movie (or was I carried?) when I was 3 or 4 years old because the giant scared me and I started crying. It’s one of my earliest memories. Finally finished it 24 years later and enjoyed it.
