The Blair Witch Project 1999
It's definitely good and I can understand why it essentially spurred on a whole new genre on film. It starts a bit slow for my taste but it really picks up and gets more interesting when the interpersonal conflict and fighting/bickering start. Contrary to what it seems to be the popular opinion I think the character being annoying work in the movies favor. It really sells the idea of these being real people and real found footage, cause people are stupid, brash, and combative in these types of situations.
