I loved this movie. I think it shed light on a lot of important themes that we don’t see getting recognition in society. Some examples would be single parents, the foster care system, and the burden of being gifted. I thought this movie did an amazing job on encapsulating the essence of grief. There was the loss of Mary’s mother, Mary being thrown into the foster care system and even Franks sacrifice of a successful career. The most powerful nudge…

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
The plot took a while to progress and I just sat there waiting for something interesting to happen. I feel like a lot of the events in the movie were predictable which led to a boring experience. I wasn’t a fan of the songs in the musical either, it got repetitive at a point. I think they should’ve stuck to the animated versions because those were so good. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time watching this movie.
