This was so rotten I turned it off after 30 minutes. I wouldn't normally do that but it was winding me up so much.

Lady Bird 2017
Sunday morning screening as part of GFF's coming of age retrospective sat between my mum and dad in my favourite seat in GFT Screen 1 Row D.
A truly healing experience to watch with my mum. From the age of 14-23 we were at each others throats and we sobbed through the entire final third holding hands. Just a fantastic, funny, incredibly well directed film.
Asked my dad afterwards if he found it relatable and he said "well I did lose my job at one point!".
One of my favourite cinema experiences ever.
