Didn't know about the media manipulation of the jew-backed US mainstream media this thoroughly. This is literally one of the few great documentaries especially focusing on the Israel-Palestine conflict through the eyes of US Media and how they manipulate the story of a 'legitimized Jewish state' through selective word, lack of contextualization, and filtering the whole situation in 7 steps.

Another great investigative journalism film. Based on a true story, the film is all about the mischievous tobacco corporations, a whistle-blower's internal conflict of his moral responsibility and financial security, the dispute between the news and finance department of a media corporation and a journalist's crusade on objective and 'save the source's back' journalism. Nominated for 7 Oscars overall, Al Pacino & Russel Crowe's acting was literally mesmerizing.

Though the film's background was based on WWII, it is not a typical war film. Instead, it looked closely at how war can change people's lives. The protagonist Aloysha, an inexperienced private, found his love when traveling through the vast plains of western Russia to visit his mother. The duo-leads were perfect in their roles. If I pick the best 3 WWII films, this would be one of them.
