Mickey 17 2025
Started off strong w a great modern commentary and interesting sci-fi concepts. But then devolves into the equivalent of a Disney film with no nuance. The allegory’s are cool at the beginning but by the end they’re so over enforced and on the nose it annoys u. Acting was pretty phenomenal especially Patterson. The whole alien equivalent thing by the end felt so 1 dimensional to where it felt the equivalent of making a toy commercial for orthopod thing plushies…

Erm this is insane.
