Her 2013
I absolutely loved this. The composition and colours really help you glide through the storyline, the way Samantha and Theo are meant for each other is done intriguingly; he feels as if he’s felt everything already, she feels she’s feeling new things everyday; he’s experienced a lot that life has to offer, she’s curious of what awaits her. The depiction of loneliness and soundtrack were an absolute smack in the face (positively) and Joaquin Phoenix did an amazing job here.

Woman of the Hour 2023
I’m really feeling like I missed something here. Everyone rating this so well, and saying how great this is. Don’t get me wrong the story is moving, some technical aspects are good, but the structure of it all has so many unfinished plots, it switched through stories way too often and felt way too short for the style it had. I love Anna Kendrick and some jokes truly made me laugh, but maybe I prefer her as an actress.
