BEEF 2023
love this show. at first it’s comedic and lighthearted but once we get further in, the plot thickens. the whole thing that keeps me interested is the dramatic irony of knowing what happens on each side of the story. the show does a great job of showing the lead up to each conflict between our two characters and it can sometimes even get emotional. overall a very entertaining watch that gives you a little bit of everything emotionally.

10 Things I Hate About You 1999
watched this with my girlfriend for the first time! at first glance I thought it would be a lighthearted disney type of love story. but it was definitely more comedic and interesting than I thought it would be! I love the double story feel there was and how we focused on two different love stories at the same time. Overall an entertaining watch that’s a little goofy.

Get Out 2017
this was the best horror movie I’ve watched recently. the director included incredible foreshadowing and it made me want to go back and watch it twice. the plot was great and was like the classic horror movie but with a twist. while the build up to the twist was great, it wasn’t as crazy as I was expecting. but overall still a great movie.
