  I have very conflicting emotions about this movie. On the one hand I love what it is and the story and the cinematography work very nicely on paper. Yet on the other hand I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wouldn't want to whatch it anyway.

  The plot doesn't leave enough range for emotion except shouting and crying.
  The cycle of shouting, kissing and crying, quiet and then shouting again made us turn the movie off after about 70 minutes.

  Beautiful, great performance, could be so much more though = 2.5 Stars

  My Dog Stupid 2019

  Now this is a movie id advise anyone to watch.

  A missereble author learns about overcoming his writer's block what more does one want. Stunning performances by Charlotte Gainsbourg and the director and writer Yvan Attack. The cast have family ties and one really gets the impression that everything was harmonious in the making.

  The structures story still keeps all the aspects of what one would expect from a French movie.

  It's not Hollywood but it's honest. My personal highlight when I get to recommend it. = 4 Stars

  The worldbuilding in the first half hour is very subjectiv. Me having played most of the referenced games felt bored during the explination. This is obviously different for viewer to viewer, yet the question musst be asked who there target audience was, people who know and love the games or people who don´t.

  This is one of the movies close to my heart.

  One of the Disney successes, that outlived its generation and moved into the next shows the true qualities the disney musicals had. It has since been rebooted in many different versions. The story of the majical nanny might been one of those wishes children will allways have: A companion to furfill there wildest dreams.
