Pattinson is really becoming one of the best actors of this generation. He’s incredible.
Film is very funny and doesn’t take itself too seriously. A bit of political charge, but I thought it was all fun. I felt it dragged a tiny bit in ACT3 but overall entertaining and a very engaging ride.
Saw this was made a special when I was scrolling through Netflix and had to do the Lord’s work and leave a review. Saw it live in NYC last year just before NYE. Was easily the worst, most unfunny special of all time. Entire crowd was 60+ wearing masks, they were barely even enjoying it. I wouldn’t go see this special again unless I was paid quite a bit of money.
The theory stands true: any comic that wears a headset mic is not funny.

Kind of sad to say I’m a bit disappointed with this one with the crazy amount of hype. Before I get slaughtered I do want to say that the animation was wonderful and I loved the music. Acting was solid and I loved the writing of the individual characters. I loved the original because of how unique and original some of the characters were, and I felt some of that with the sequel too.
